What ? India tourist visa is given by us consulate ....you apply it at your local consulate. Why and where you will go out? 

BTW, you need new tourist visa issued after October 1st..old T visas are not allowed.

Bro my t visa is from Feb 2020.. never travelled to India..so it is no longer valid uh ? After Nov 15 they are allowing it annadu ?
