Off pettey kaka…almost 3 weeks old already…inkoka 3-4 weeks la kastha set ayitadi..koncham routine alavatu kanike jara time padtadi kani..atarvata pedda ga kastam emi vundadu…sleep cycle okati gattiga dhebba tintadi but manage cheyalsinde

establish a schedule.. put them to sleep in room where there is not much light..

reduce amount of time you carry the baby

Baby may be crying because of unease in stomach - try gas drops or gripe water.

Remember to burp for 10 minutes after every feed.

Bathe the baby twice a day.

First 3 months will be challenging brace yourself..
