Did CBN ever took jagan into consideration when making decision ? amaravthi people pasupu neelu enduku challaru even before jagan became CM what is the reason for that. ?

It doesn't matter where the capital is for just administration , like Chennai , Bengaluru , mumbai are at the edge of the states. 

Like I said I am not against amaravathi being capital but I am against govt spending in only one place .build govt offices in 100 acres and  return back the land to the farmers  along with basic infra

 welfare schemes can be stopped the minute govt loses power and there is generally no discrimination to welfare schemes between regions 

It's just a matter of time anthey , but amaravathi plan is just straight up discrimination

For example amma vodi  or old age pensions can be stoped instantly after new govt takes over . No one can file cases to prevent that but look at the mess this real estate project is bringing
