Alternative ways chala unnayi kadha rtc started doing courier services also. I believe they’re getting a decent amount of money from that . Sajjanar recent ga some vadlu & other agricultural products ni kuda transport chestham annadu …. 
Fuel prices increase avvadam tho urlallo farmers ki double avthundhi gorrelu & vegetables, fruits & dhanyam transportation ki … RTC mundhukocchi aa pani chesthe definitely entho kontha profits untayi vallaki kuda

Salaries I don’t know. Penchadam ok kani KCR gadu penchinapudalla almost double penchesthunnadu. Profits loki ravali ante veedu first aa siddipet buses apeyyali. ❤️da gadu 10 mins ki 4 buses pedthadu … adhi kaka ma jagtial bus lo siddipet valle… knr , sircilla, korutla anni depot busses veelle ekkutharu. To be honest, sdpt does not need any special buses.

Compare the payscale of RTC employees and private bus operators , you will get a clear picture  

More than half of Rtc employees are working as administrator roles , they add little value but cannot be fired
