I think cities like Tampa, Raleigh and Austin are going to continue pace bro, don't wait. I'm not seeing anything that is going to slow down these markets.

no signs of any housing market crash..worst case it will slow down the appreciation and even worst case slight market correction upto 5-10%

But all analysts saying prices will continue to grow at slower pace in 2022

Yeah problem is at current prices even slower pace growth is too much $$$. It's really surprising to me that there are so many people looking to buy even after a year. Even if you take into account the investment buyers, investment firms, realtors I think there is still enough demand for single family homes from regular families.

The prices are not going to go down anytime soon because of infusion of money(trillions of dollars) into the market by fed. The inflation is going to be very high it means what is going to be $100 today will be $125 or even more in 2 years, unless you invested your money into something else you are not going to beat the inflation. So it is wise to buy home now than latter

fed is taking back from this month. google tapering down.
