Hows the real estate market in Atlanta area (Cumming, Suwanee, Duluth)?

New construction prices chustunte ee matram jooru agadam ledu. Full biddings and demand undi especially in Cumming, Suwanee, Duluth areas.

Akkada locals perception enti? I am planning to move there in a year or two so trying to understand the market perception there..ide flow another 1-2 years continue avacha or cool down avvachu antara

Prices are at peak now bro

Bidding and waiting list for every home 

Prices are up by 200k to 300k in the last 1 year

 I don't see any signs of slowing down Unless there's a big recession

Atlanta market is very good. I live in Cumming  no new subdivisions and all the planned sub-divisions are running behind their schedule. May be in 2 years there will be 5-10% depreciation but now no chance of prices coming down. In fact it will continue to hike

housing market is very bad .. correction soon. worst time to buy houses now... just wait till next year

So many buyers are in the market not finding new homes. Market won’t come down in 2 years and huge demand vs supply. We are seeing so many buyers from north states ny nj mas

As long as govt doesn’t increase interest rates. This euphoria will continue. It’s not going away anytime soon IMO

Cumming area hot market untunde , ippudu cool off avutundi but builders taggede le antunnaru , finding new ways to increase profits , looks like it will go on for a little while

no one can predict ba , house prices increase avutayi ee range lo ani 2 years back evvadu predict cheyale , so take a decision based on what looks best for you

If you want to settle down in a place or a particular school zone , then neeku 5-10% pedda difference padakoodadu as you should be planning to stay long term but don't go overboard and bid , again take decisions based on what works for you..

It also depends on where you are planning to buy , exits 13 is already too costly , 14,15 kooda ee pandemic punyama ani baga increase chesaru , now lot of people moving to beyond exit 15 , akkada ponu ponu alpharetta lekka traffic full increase avutundi , already have seen a lot of traffic increase in this area in the last couple of years..area will get even more busy..

Any idea about Brookmeade (toll brothers) project area in Cumming? It shows exit 12B in maps. I guess the traffic is already bad there. Any idea about the appreciation there?
