VAT is collected as percentage of fuel sold at pump rate. 

So. crude oil periginapudalla pump rate perugutundi and pump rate periginapudalla tax colelction kuda perugutundi.

Tax kabatti it has to be collected as %. 

If we don't fix flat VAT on fuel, such criticisms will continue and blame game thappadu.

There is no reason for Dora to reduce the VAT. No elections in near future. No benefit of reducing the VAT to the Govt. Crop season is fast approaching and needs to foot rythu bandhu bill too.

totally understand dora's situation. international price likely to come down in next few months and that is only hope for public but that may not be good for kcr as it will be loss for him. then we have to see if he raises VAT or doesnt due to political pressure
