Install Linux using USB (if it lets you boot from USB that is).  Wipe the hard drive clean during install and install Linux afresh.  Then you can happily use it.  Kaavalante aaa tharuvatha disk ni partition chesi inko partition lo Windows install chesuko.  Otherwise, live happily ever after with Linux desktop.  Virus/forced updates etc gola emee undadhu.

in some companies this is serious offense . 

our company started a new program after 3 years we can keep the laptop for personal use but they will wipe it out clean and you need to buy OS and whatever you can . if it is something like that then contact IT support simple ha chestharu .
