Banglore lo 2-3 years experience unte 30-40 lakhs istunnaru anta. Not sure if we really save a lot more being in US.

That may be for 1 or 2 persons. My friends who have 10+ years of ETL testing and bit of automation joined BIG company for 20Lakhs.
