India should follow England template of 3 different teams for 3 formats , we have enough bench strength to do it and more young talent will get a chance to prove themselves.

This is not bad , they cant even complain that we are tired if they fail in major tournaments.

IPL lo they should limit national players two per team ... Give room for new talent

 

Missing old international tours.. bcci has become a money factory , they are not making any tours as it won't being much money.. 

 

In future ICC and bcci will become two separate entities. 

 

No cricketer will show interest for ranji trophy..
