depends on their personality... outgoing or travelling people will be exited.

But people who typically stay in their comfort zone all the time find this as exhausting or like a task. ( tired, stressful,  scared ,frustrated)

First of all, they will be very happy to see you.. and be with you for longer duration… when was the last time they stayed with you for a month or so?

Rest of it is all about how you give them different experiences they have not experienced before… I took my Dad for parasailing and boating.. he loved it..
