new job is more critical rather than worrying about just few months for PD...it all comes down to em peekestam in 2-3 months..

I am not worried about delayed GC in few months. I am continuing in this new job only to not restart the labor processs etc.. else i would have tried to move again.. 

I am concerned about if the dates will remain current for me once my perm approves in 5-6mon

Just to understand your situation.. you will get PERM approved in 6 months then you will apply I-485 concurrently. After few months you are gonna get GC.. Am I correct?
