yes , even the fee you paid is valid until Sep 2023 ... recently USCIS updated on this

My visa is expired in 2019, I am I eligible if I go for Dropbox mid next year ?

Addy na doubt.. I haven’t seen anywhere that this is extended beyond Dec 2021
