By 2024 , even in High or Supreme court lo okavela 3 capitals case biscuit ayina, jagan can show 'savati prema' on amaravati & end up building Vizag area silently , ppl will see development going on in vizag & lose hope on amaravati, appudu kooda crash avthaayi real estate in amaravati

The land there was worth 15-25 lakhs before capital announcement 

Taking inflation Into account the natural price will be  around 25-40 lakhs/acre by now. 

I don't think the land will fall below these levels irrespective of any judgement or election results. 

 the lands are still pretty good for farming

Coastal AP lo most of farming suitable lands are above 25 to 30 lakhs, even remote villages.

Was looking for 3 to 4 acres in 10 to 15L per acre range for farming. 

Unte cheppi punyam kattukondi

for ex: if jagan gives statement like ‘arey abbayilu main capital is only vizag , I’ll use amaravati only assembly building purpose & rest of available land u ppl use for farming’ annadu antey

Majority of the land in coastal AP is actually not suitable for agriculture. 

Almost all of Prakasam distinct is arid zone , half of Guntur is arid , 70% of Nellore is arid , half of East Godavari is arid , most of uttarandhra land is cheap outside of cities 

You can get 15/acre lakh lands in almost every district , it will just be rainfed farms which are unviable to farm looking at labour rates 

Personally I know a few mandals like naidupeta , kota  around 100km from Chennai and most of the land is worth less than 15 lakh/acre

Yea security is big issue , I don't think outsiders will come to that area again even if TDP comes to power
