yes u still need it along with vaccination card unless u r less than 5 years old

yes.. Air Suvidha , RT-PCR & Vaccination proof.. there should be a thread n the AFDB directory.. check it out..

CVS/Walgreens lo chesthar kada...while booking appointment it was asking Insurance proof...adi lekapothe em kaada? I didnt enter anything and just booked a date next week.

I don’t think any such conditions for PCR test, they informed it’s free for all and results will be shared in a day.
