Right now - there are two tamil ministers of cabinet rank in union - both are tam brahms. They control media there - hindu group and vikatan - and you are not allowed to eat non-veg food in hindu canteens.

Percentage never matters - even kams are probably 2% of telugu population and 4% of andhra population. But you obviously suffer so much from their impact - to some extent i agree with it.
