rvarma Posted October 4, 2010 Report Posted October 4, 2010 Tamil superstar Rajinikanth’s much-awaited film Enthiran has opened to packed theaters not only in India but also many other countries especially in Malaysia. According to the Star, Endhiran has been released in about 2,250 prints, which is said to be the biggest ever number for an Indian film. The film is being shown in over 350 screens overseas,which also makes it the largest worldwide release after Spiderman.G. Suresh, a temple priest says “Our pooja time is usually between 7am and 11am. So, we were fortunate to be able to catch the movie in between our work” .. The movie has also been released in China, Japan and Europe. The movie despite mixed reviews is holding its own and is on its way to become a runaway hit in multiple languages and states. The Superstar’s mannerisms have over the years endeared themselves to fans across the World. His simplicity off-screen has apparently got a lot to do with the star’s success.
