In Wisconsin under 18 can not carry a short barrel gun . AR-15 is not a short barrel.but law is unclear judge dismissed based on this.

ilanti high profile cases annitlo they put high charges which cannot be proven because of the public/media pressure when the incident happened... but prosecution cannot prove these cases and then these people will come out not guilty and become heroes...  he got the right verdict as per the laws... if anything, the laws should be changed..
