I don't understand what Democrats achieve by positioning this verdict as enabling white supremacists. The guy is a kid and was defending himself from someone who would've kicked his ass.

The Verdict is perfect in accordance to the laws. 

If anyone finds this verdict troubling then the state must immediately bring amendments to existing laws 

There is also lot of anger amongst white voters about indiscriminate rioting and arson of private property.

The main reason this Verdict is widely celebrated because Kyle is seen as a hero who did the job that the state was supposed to do.

He just defended himself bro, he didn’t do states job which was to protect life and property. he was chased by idiots who are now dead.

both rittenhouse and the guy he killed are just troubled people in poverty. Rittenhouse would mostly have ended up in prison anyway. Hopefully this will give him the required push to turn to a new life. he's young.

what was the state supposed to do? shoot indiscriminately at people destroying property? that's a police state. this kind of lionizing someone who killed people is going to end up encouraging more people to kill more people. next time rioters will also try to kill any guy who brings a gun to the scene.
