Delaying tactics. 

Govt dont want to spend money on building Capital city. At the same time, whatever they do can't withstand in courts as they have to give a lot to reimburse farmers and investors if they backout. 

 

So, ila delay chestu untaru .. already half of the term aypoyindi.. Oka 1 year tarvatha bill petti second half kuda time pass chestaru. 

2024 tarvatha emi chestaro chudali. 

 

Amit Shah gadu BJP ni Amaravathi ki support ga involve avvamannadu. So, looks like these bills can't withstand before judicial so all YCP can do is pass time.
