రాష్ట్రంలో ఆప్‌ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వస్తే.. పంజాబ్‌లోని 18 ఏళ్లు నిండిన మహిళలకు నెలకు వేయి రూపాయల చొప్పున ఆర్థిక సాయం అందిస్తానని ప్రకటించారు. ఇది ప్రపంచంలోని చాలా పెద్ద పథకమని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. కుటుంబ సభ్యుల వద్ద డబ్బులు అడగకుండా మహిళలు అర్థికంగా నిలదొక్కుకోవడానికి ఈ పథకం ప్రజయోజనం కలిగిస్తుందని కేజ్రీవాల్‌ తెలిపారు.

This is for punjab elections , aap is main competition for congress

This is just another way of Note for Vote indirectly - but still needs min 12000 crores / year to make it happen if he wins , not a bad tactic if you dont have enough money to lure votes before elections

Men vote on caste , religion , faction , etc 

Women tend to vote for those who help them directly . Obviously many women vote same as their husbands choice but there are considerable number of independent women votes
