If u invoiced hours and have proof of hours worked with client… u can complain without attorney, just look up online how to! Just tell client as well if u don’t pay I will goto labor department unless u have any contract in place for that clause where it states that u have to fulfill ur duties to get paid blah blah blah

No You can't. Nuvvu contractor, not an employee. So you can't go to DOL. If you go to DOL your employer will be in trouble as he is the one that is supposed to pay you. Client meeda vere compliants unte DOL ki then your complaint may or may not give them a reason to audit client. If you have approved time sheets your employer can send it to collections as your Vendor is not paying and you have a contract with Vendor

mee employer gaaadu and and client side evvado kummmak ayyyaduu.. mee client ki mee employer gaaadu deal set chesukunnaduu since ocntract done dont pay him elago 2nd job illegal doing kadha he wont bother ani...

employer and client side evvadoo shared the money.. nuvv bakara.. elago 2nd job kabbati they know u will take it easy ani...

dont say mee employer is good he is not like that guy ani.. if he is good then he will definitely fight for u and get money back....once invoiced  they have to pay
