What dish can you suggest for beef and pork beginners?

I only started liking beef and bacon after accidentally eating in subway.

For pork start with Barbeque Pork Ribs 

Texas Steak House lo well done Steak try chey, if you don't like your meat looking pink.

Bacon fans should try the bacon in UK. mind blowing assala - they have this bacon butty at many rail stations. But flavor is very strong - if you eat more than once a week you feel guilty like you are eating too much of rich thing.

After eating bacon there american bacon looks rubbish to me - its very think and far more fatty with no meat and real taste.
