Windows laptop 100% disk usage problem

everytime when I open laptop showing 100% disk usage in task manager. tried some workarounds nothing worked. please suggest any solutions.

Ok, is your laptop running on  HDD. If yes, then that could be the issue. I had this disk usage issue with my Dell PC. Tried every suggestion found online but nothing solved my problem. After lot of research I upgraded my hard disk to SATA SSD and I never saw the disk usage issue. Its worth trying. For more details, Google more on this - HDD to SDD for 100% disk usage.
