Varshini2020 Posted November 29, 2021 Report Posted November 29, 2021 My sugar levels are for first time in the prediabetic range. Going low carb now, and hoping to bring down the numbers in few months. Switched to millets like jonnalu, ragi, etc and cut down rice, wheat. Eating more nuts, eggs and now buying more keto stuff. Also intermittent fasting helps and eating smaller meals. I am doing low carb for few months and feel better energy, even face seems to have better glow. Quote
