if you see , most of the CEO's are fit ....... but sure pressure is more

CEO’s work like any other people… best thing for them is that they have a minute to minute schedule… Chief of Staff will make sure that his time is utilized in the best way possible… everything that goes to him is vetted out several times before it is discussed or presented to him/her… all they have to do is hire the best people and guide them.. have a vision, execute it by taking the right decisions at the right time..

travel baga chestharu.. on business jets of course.. so family time will be limited if they travel.. but they don’t work for 18 hours or 16 hours..

I used to work directly with an SVP who reports to the CTO.. CTO and SVP used to take their kids to games practice in the evenings, volunteer at their kids school, go camping on weekends etc etc like any other normal parent.. 

small companies will be different though
