Currently in NJ, planning to move to different place with better weather and schools. Thinking of Atlanta, North Corolina, or Texas. Any suggestions will be helpful. ManOffSteel
If you want big city feel - Atlanta If you want medium city feel - Raleigh Avoid Dallaspuram at all costs.. too too much desi santa. Homes, schools, workplace everywhere too much desi politics and comparisons. Cost of living is not so cheap anymore. Rents and home prices have really gone up in the last 5 years and real estate taxes are really high compared to other states. I thought of moving there recently because of no state tax but decided against it after doing my research.

Red_Wine
Holly Springs, NC. Lots of development (housing, shopping, infrastructure) and reasonable distance from RTP and Raleigh.

You can swap Austin with Raleigh or vice-versa your call but the cost of living in Austin is comparatively high for what it can offer..
