ManOffSteel Posted December 10, 2021 Report Posted December 10, 2021 If you want big city feel - Atlanta If you want medium city feel - Raleigh Avoid Dallaspuram at all costs.. too too much desi santa. Homes, schools, workplace everywhere too much desi politics and comparisons. Cost of living is not so cheap anymore. Rents and home prices have really gone up in the last 5 years and real estate taxes are really high compared to other states. I thought of moving there recently because of no state tax but decided against it after doing my research. 1 Quote

Red_Wine Posted December 10, 2021 Report Posted December 10, 2021 Holly Springs, NC. Lots of development (housing, shopping, infrastructure) and reasonable distance from RTP and Raleigh. Quote

You can swap Austin with Raleigh or vice-versa your call but the cost of living in Austin is comparatively high for what it can offer.. Quote
