Too small cities means few employers and you may end up moving..

If you want big city feel - Atlanta

If you want medium city feel - Raleigh

Avoid Dallaspuram at all costs.. too too much desi santa. Homes, schools, workplace everywhere too much desi politics and comparisons. Cost of living is not so cheap anymore. Rents and home prices have really gone up in the last 5 years and real estate taxes are really high compared to other states.  I thought of moving there recently because of no state tax but decided against it after doing my research.

manager nc or texas option ichadu moving ki

bro state tax kosam texas plano ki move avdam anukuntunna single income

NC rents e range lo untayi any idea

I know NoVA well... Yes, that's a good area... Mostly white people with few of us original and 2nd hand buyers. Yes, greenery is because it's 20 years old and also unlike new homes, they came with huge backyards... You won't see it unless it's luxury community now a days. Homes were in 700k 2 years back...

Excellent schools - yes.

Yes, but This is not Fremont...

In middle and high school, desis are at most 60%

Our folks are in homes and non desis come from apartments and town homes.

Ashburn has access to 2 magnet schools - one in Fairfax ( us no 1 high school TJ ) and one in Loudoun. I heard both schools took measures to reduce desis as desis made up 70% !
