221G Blue Slip

Have attended H1B visa interview at Delhi on December 1st and got received blue slip for additional documents to be submitted. 
Please let me know if anybody have an idea how much time they will take to process and what is the approval rate for this kind of blue slip cases.

They asked for below documents

Client Letter

Project Description and details

Complete list of Employees

i heard there is 221g cases backlog due to lockdown...will it show effect on current cases?
