Depends on Officer. If Officer finds that you have a pending application. He might ask you to get it approved and come for stamping again. 
 

recommendation is to get approved all the pending applications before going for stamping.

You can’t .. amendment file should approve..amendment is nothing but you are changing client kada bro.. so you can’t do that..

amendment is diff from extension kada. Extn is your h1 is approved for another 3 yrs ani. For stamping this is wat we need kada? Amendment is when we change client we apply when ur already in US.

If you are currently working for the same client where you got your extn you are good.. extension ochina client project aipote you can’t go for stamping with that 797.

You need all docs like new h1b. You it’s not guaranteed you get 3 years.. it depends on project length .
