In most cases, women don’t seem to be interested in anything too technical.

So something like a program manager/business analyst is a good entry point. It involves just talking skills and general project mgmt skills.

Unlike dev jobs, these jobs usually don’t need anymore work than the usual 9am to 5pm.

it can be anything right why it has to be IT, it can be as simple as flipping burgers or waiting tables where you don't have to stress yourself. As long as you are operating on someone's heart n holding someone's life u don't have to stress yourself that's what I feel.
