Yes, in hyderabad airtport you are forced to take RT-PCR test again for 4500 stating for no reason. Even when you have a report taken within last 24 hours

Nope, 4500 for 1 hour result. Even air india booking (who handle all U.A.E flights - emirates only has one manager) people are involved - they don't give boarding pass without it. Its a scam going on - earning crores each day. I tried to argue saying there is no rule like that , still they don't listen.

While coming back...Emirates say if you have a long lay over or transit or some bullshit reason, they make you you take the rest. 

It's rapid test, force you to pay 4500 before giving boarding pass. Irony is in Dubai, they do free testing if required..say you going out etc
