yea doctor suggested trying to be active... it's actually difficult since depression makes people lethargic but doctor said just try

Then go on a 30 min jog/run, you can even run in snowy conditions by wearing ice grips on shoes. Run till you are out of breath for atleast 15 minutes and develop a sweat

Come back and start with a warm shower but then turn it into freezing cold shower and do that for atleast 5 minutes. 

Now drink black coffee(no sugar, no creamer) 

Works like a charm, everytime. 

yea doc said exercise and being outdoors will help

lekapoina oka 2 weeks ellu. Everyday evening mrg kastam le. And evartho okaltho matladu dnt be lonely while jogging or walking. You will be alright. Stop deinking. Take b vitamin. Reduce stress
