Other than polarizing people based on religion for votes and taking control of state govt by not provinding them the funds and building statues unnecessarily is the inky thinv i see. State govts are better like tg and tn and ap is gone case since 420 is cm he is more into distributing money to people for the sake if votes.

ejjactly....no clue how to work as a society for both leaders, people, and the bureaucracy! I have no right to comment coz I gave up my citizenship and also easy to do it but it is wat it is i guess, a gone case

For god's sake don't claim you have concern on AP and stop this "person from AP" bhajana.

You were from AP, not anymore or at least for the last two decades. You are the person of least concern in AP. Harsh words but it is the reality.

If not, why was it not part and whose failure was it?

Why did the state government want to be stake holder in a national project like Polavaram? Orissa and Telangana object chesthe,  emaina attempts jariginaya like negotiations etc to clear the objections? Ie objections and rehab clear avakunda do you think Polavaram will get final clearance?

AIADMK and a few other parties objected to special status between 2014-2019. Any considerable actions or lobbying taken by TDP to persuade anti parties?

Apart from AIADMK, many more parties were opposed to special status to AP, do you know who all opposed to special status? Any considerable attempt made by the previous TDP government to persuade those parties to support the cause? 

Most importantly, why do you feel special status will help AP?

2) center shall fill in the deficit for 16k crs as thats the number given by committee at the time of division

3) center shall grant funds for the promised ports over the period of x number of years

4) center shall grant railway zone effective immediately and allocate x funds over y years...

5) center shall finish polavaram and take care of all related costs with next 5 years.. this is mandatory its been 7 yrs.. so far.. only development is done by tdp so far.. jagan is a piece of shitt...
