I wish Andhra will abolish the CPS and give 50% salary hikes 

I want to see the state go into bankruptcy as soon as possible  and be placed under heavy financial restrictions.

On contrary he's just chugging along same pace as chandranna , it will take another 2 terms to reach bankruptcy at this rate 

When the state gets to 60-70% of debt to gdp ratio will that happen

That's the hard way to learn but that appears to be the only way out.
