Glad to hear that, I don't like seeing women giving up on their career to take care of family.

Have you read a book called “the selfish gene”

it will change your life. I can honestly say it changed my life for both good and bad.

You might change your perspective about home making women after reading that book

Hmm, how long of a break did she take? Did she restart in the same position?

before break she worked for around 1 year ..... and she took 4 years gap and restarted 2 years back ..... she was junior when she started but after restart she is doing really good , in-fact better than me

Okay, let me rephrase. How old was she when she started her career? How old was she when she took a break and when she restarted her career?

I don't look down on homemaking women. Not one bit. I look down on men who are with homemaking women.

  • Her career is equally important like my career
she wanted to do job, i said do hardwork and get it in n your own, i didnt wanted her to get it with fake job profile exp etc
she did learn things on her own and cracked the job
