Popular Post yemdoing Posted December 18, 2021 Popular Post Report Posted December 18, 2021 My son was diagnosed with ADHD by a child psychologist, however she didn’t stress much on medication but suggested to use objects like fidget spinners , heavy jacket , outdoor activity etc … And he seems to doing good with that . She said just to let the school know about that and make sure they provide him tools in class . And re evaluate every few years . and it’s quite common to have adhd , many of us might had adhd when we were young . I met a child speech therapist who is has adhd and our company general manager who manages 500 people has adhd. my point is don’t panic , provide him tools , make them active and make them socialize more, spend more time with them , and nothing to be embarrassed about . Every child is unique and every one of them is an angel. 3 1 Quote
yogdenon Posted April 7 Report Posted April 7 I had similar issues focusing, especially during long meetings and racing thoughts. I started trying some natural stuff first and then found certain nootropics that helped me feel more alert without the crash. You might want to check out https://www.medixlife.com/nootropicsis — I got a couple of things there that made a noticeable difference over a few weeks. Just make sure to listen to your body with anything new. Quote
