Don't feel low. Go to fertility specialist. They will run some tests to see why miscarriages are happening. Eg. Low progesterone levels, endometrosis infection etc. Check for low progestrone levels. Take prenatal vitamins. Take extra folic acid ask your gynecologist to prescribe folic acid. Nature made prenatal vitamins I will recommend.Eat fish like salmon which has good omega3.Ask your gynecologist to refer to fertility specialist. Also Check reviews . Quote

Prenatal vadutunnara? start using it, those helps your wife to prepare her body for pregnancy, you can start like few months(6 months to 1 year) before you plan for pregnancy. https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/pregnancy-week-by-week/in-depth/prenatal-vitamins/art-20046945 Quote
Thokkalee Posted December 18, 2021 Report Posted December 18, 2021 Stress and diet play a key role.. age also… how old is your wife? does her family have any such issues? It could be hereditary as well.. Don’t worry.. it is kinda common nowadays… take a break and try again.. your wife has to stop thinking about it and let it happen naturally… take proper care and get tested properly.. Quote
