multiple miscarriages - feeling low

We had a similar situation in 2019. My wife had 3 miscarriages back to back due to low HCG and progesterone levels. Later we changed our lifestyles and food habits. Within 3 months, my wife had healthy pregnancy. My baby is 1+ now. Moreover, we are expecting another baby in May. Dont lose the hope, these are common now a days due to lifestyle and food habits.

My frnd also did the same changed the food habits .. and the way they eat.. 

They are 30+ both before giving their delivery

Stress is the main problem..

Maaku happened for 1st n 2nd ..find what is causing the stress. It can be job, work in home, not having/having parents around etc., take care of those...
