apply emergency visa..u get it for 1 year

There is section called signature of the Applicant on OCI minor checklist form towards the end. Do parents need to sign there or do we need child's thumb impression on the checklist formas well.

parents sign is fine..if u cant get thumb print

If the kid is below 5, use left thumb impression.
