I do agree my dear fiend. I am not denying. I have scarified my career for my sons sake. He is 17 now and got his green card recently. He came when he was one year old. Till 2017 single earning and this is most stable during that time. Aa time loa piece of mind, stable income more anipinchindi. Ippudu situation change ayyindhi. Thinking to relocate from Minneapolis. I am not going for crazy roles just another Senior Software Developer or Lead. Not going with crazy salary packages like 200k etc

Valla range ento telusuko daniki 10k add chey... 6 months lo inko jump kottu use this as base sal then you van reach 180-200 easily... 200k ante vadu paripoye chance kuda undhi if its not in their range so na suggestion is join with decent hike and switch after 6 months or an year...
