Prepandemic, IAD nundi most favourable flight schedule idi because of quick connection and total travel time...I don't know if pandemic has changed anything but 1 hour is fine...de-board and on-board ae kada..and more over abu dhabi airport is not a huge one's like doha or dubai...so should be fine.
