I think...this is not really 4 day working week, but few firms have tried implementing 40 hours per week in 4 days...like 10 hours per day for 4 days and 3 days off...and most unskilled part times can come under this category...but labor codes lo ie option lekunde...anduke ie new code introduce chesinaru...and inkoka code lo 48 hours per week vuntadi...not suited fro modern work environment..

Ok good we will outsource our projects to Vietnam or Philippines … anyway Indians are expecting too much pay for even a normal sql clerical job
