$$$$ matters more than telugu feeling.

Its the same scenario in current seller market. Untill & unlesa telisina vallu crazy offer isthey thappa market loki velladam better

Zillo has to go through mls I guess real-estate agent commission etc

When u have seller mind set u want to see market reach  more wider the better (not puuusssy rofl) instead of low reach , only advantage is you can negotiate in some agent commission
