I decided to go to Atlanta bro as decent number of clients for my tech if I want to move in future.

+1 , Financial , Health companies anni trying to either create captive units in India or increase offshoring since past few years 

market is good now and talent availability is less due to pandemic , it may not be the case always

choose a city which has good job opportunities too , karma kali remote lekpothe em chestharu janalu..

nenu thop ante , they can probably choose anywhere though..

Omicron lekapoyunte chala offices start ayyevi. Mostly opting for Hybrid models.

What I noticed about Atlanta and why I chose:

- still very affordable compared to Austin. You can get 4000+sft single house for 550K in many good areas like Cumming, Suwanee, Buford etc

- lots of product based companies there now. It's even called silicon valley of the east. May be not as much as Austin but lots of product based companies are there.

- Weather is very nice throughout the year. Mild winters only in Dec, Jan

- Affordable hosing in good school districts

- Airport Connectivity 

- Lots Indian activities (for me cricket is very important)

- Fast growing city

Bad traffic though and plenty of crime, probably not in suburbs but it will spillover. 

That apart, torrid summers baa.
