Friend okkadu land koni illu katinchukunnadu San Jose bayarea lo few yrs back. He did save ~100k. But according to him, it's not worth the pain. 1yr full head ache.

South Florida lo baga trendy gaa undi ee concept. I’m not sure how difficult it is, but I felt it is easy to do. 
 

Ex Buy 100 acres, start zoning/selling 20 acres each time, remaining desi vegetables and other farming. Slowly get rid of the remaining

Better do it in groups. So you can share work by schedule. Also financially easy
