An architect in my team dsnt have a degree and he worked as Xfinity technician in his first job

He is now highest paid in my team after dropping out in high school.

US doesnt care degrees or your resume, it only cares what you speak once you enter the interview room.

This is a beautiful country and only some desis  who dsnt have talent cries on other desis.

Usually happens on management side a lot. Some of our managers are from totally unrelated areas like bank employees, Target store managers, real estate agents etc.

Thing is they just manage team with no idea on technical stuff. End of the day,  its funny that they do annual reviews  and set goals for technical people.

I have seen technical ppl too without degrees. Anyone can literally learn IT
