The way Telugu Film Industry is going different places ever since theatres opened after the second wave is really amazing. Every star hero is supporting every other film and that is leading to a quite positive and healthy atmosphere within the industry itself which is quite famous for fan wars and caste based seggregations.

And now, we have the RRR team doing the unthinkable as the ‘Dosti’ between Jr NTR and Ram Charan has become the now promotion mantra for the team. Wherever they go, the two are talking about their friendship and how it helped them a knockout performance in Rajamouli’s RRR. Guess what, other day the team expressed how the success of other films is boosting their confidence actually.

Speaking live on India Today’s special chitchat, all the big three of RRR including Rajamouli, Rama Rao Jr and Ram Charan took part and shared interesting things. And Jr NTR said, “The success of films like Sooryavanshi that collected 200 crores from the box office is a big boost to us. And then came Pushpa which once again proved that collecting ₹ 200 cr is not a tough thing in these tough days and that made us immensely happy”. Later the actor added that the success of Pushpa has raised their confidence that people will come to theatres and celebrate cinema even though the corona wave has hit them hard.

Well, hope RRR also re-iterates this belief because the film is coming up at a time when partial lockdowns, night curfews, and bad ticket rates are in full force to disrupt the film industry’s plans.

Endhuku ley kaka .....pushpa was release pan india wide so u cant compare the two in terms of the numbers...

may be Jr. brought up only pushpa because RRR is also pan indian release like pushpa but not akhanda...

BTW pushpa makers kooda akanda hit choose release chesi vundocchu kadha theatres lo

Small correction is not needed becoz that movie indeed collected that much...

it might be a flop in ap( and we all know the reason why it took a big hit in terms of collections in AP) but it turned out to be above avg to super hit in other belts

telangana- above avg and with rrr postponed it can even break even and can be termed a hit

tamil malayalam and kannada all hits already recovered over 120%

coming to hindi -here it might even end up being a blockbuster..with the amount of screens added in the 3rd week
