Need Travel advice regarding COVID testing and Flight journey

Happy New Year everyone,

 

Have a flight to India through Qatar from Phily on 2nd Jan at 9:30PM EST..But as per COVID testing rules the test should have been given before 72 hours of travel.

 

Had to give our tests yesterday at 30th December at 3pm as no testing is available on 31st and 1st Jan..

 

When checked with Qatar they said they cannot accept the test results  as it falls outside the 72 hour window…

 

So wanted your suggestions & advice on this situation??Please help & LTT

Couple of pharmacies (not Walgreens or cvs) and urgent care centers offering expedited RT-PCR… you have to pay $200 and they give test results in 1hr…

Google urgent clinics or covid test centers near your location. Some of them will give results in less than 30 min .

Some airports also have testing facility for passengers , they will give report in around  1 hour.

If you have the ticket, airports will also let you in for covid testing the day before you travel.
